Sheriff’s Report: Various reports made

Emanuel County Sheriff’s deputies reported numerous incidents in the last two weeks. Cases are:

Aug. 9

AGloria St. woman reported a woman, whom she identified, stole her rings.

Aug. 18

Jerry Young, 50, 519 Oak At., Swainsboro, was arrested for forgery.

Aug. 19

Robby Carlton Warren, 58, 50 Huckleberry Rd., Swainsboro was arrested for DUI.

A Savannah Rd., Stillmore man reported a man, whom he identified by nickname only, took his bicycle.

A woman who was riding her bicycle on Fifth Ave. in Stillmore reported a man, whom she identified, ran into her with his 4-wheeler.

Aug. 20

A Highway 80 east man reported someone broke into his trailer and stole four gold universal tire rims.

Deputy assisted the State Patrol with transportation of subjects to Candler County line.

A Kathleen Dr. man reported he was depressed after his wife left him and took their child. He reported he was drinking liquor when he cut his hand. Victim was taken to Emanuel Medical Center.

A Hugh Johnson Circle woman reported a man, whom she identified, took her wallet.

Officer was called to a Main St. residence in Adrian to a disturbance between two men.

A Canoochee Rd. woman reported a man, whom she identified, keeps coming to her house to ask for money to buy gas. Victim is afraid of offender.

A Hwy. 192 S. man reported three males, who were unknown, threatened to kill him.

A Hereford Farm Rd. woman reported a man, whom she identified, was drunk and threw her to the ground.

Aug. 21

A Slater Rd. woman reported someone has been throwing trash on her road.

A U.S. Hwy. 1 S. man reported a woman, who was identified, will not move out of his house and is abusive.

Deputy responded to Hawhammock Church Rd. in reference to a damaged fence. Victim said offender, who was identified, also destroyed his mailbox.

A Mt. Zion Church Rd., Twin City man reported someone stole his direct drive PTO pump.

Aug. 22

A Mitzi Lane woman reported someone stole her camcorder.

A Pendleton Springs Rd., Lyons woman reported a dog bit her.

A Mercer Farm Rd., Twin City man reported he lost his cell phone.

A Kenneth Dr. man reported someone stole his cell phone from his car.

Deputies responded to a house fire on Morning Glory Rd. No injuries.

Aug. 23

A Hummingbird Rd., Lyons man reported a man, whom he identified, was driving recklessly by his house.

Deputy was dispatched to Twin City Drugs to a burglary. Prescription medication had been stolen in the amount of $9,000. Case file opened.

Aug. 24

A woman driving on U.S. Hwy. 1 S. reported a rock flew off a truck and damaged her vehicle.

A Metter woman reported her ex-boyfriend from Stillmore threatened to shoot her new boyfriend.

A Hwy. 80 E. man reported a man, whom he identified, keeps calling him on his cell phone and threatening him.

Employee at Sweats Package Shop in Swainsboro reported a woman, who was identified, forged and cashed a check on the account of someone else. Employees at Junction Station in Adrian and Kwik Shop in Swainsboro reported the same offender did the same thing at their store.

APony Dr. woman reported receiving a phone call from an inmate from Georgia State prison. Victim is afraid she has been scammed.

Wesley Conner, 25, 903 Ben St., Swainsboro, was arrested for bond revocation.

A Friendship Church Rd. man reported his dog attacked, bit and dragged him across the yard.

A Mitzi Lane woman reported someone entered her home and stole her VCR.

A South St. woman reported her sister’s landlord had pried open the back door to her sister’s home and removed several items.

Aug. 25

Steven Henry, 33, 209 McKenzie Dr., Swainsboro, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

Terrell Freeman, 21, 524 Oak St., Swainsboro, was arrested for theft by receiving stolen vehicle.

Christina Lawrence, 33, 518 N. Coleman St., Swainsboro, was arrested for forgery.

A McKenzie Dr. woman reported her husband hit her on her face and that she is afraid of him.

An Arthur Hutchinson Rd., Adrian couple reported a man, whom they identified, stole the BMW.

Aug. 26

A man who was at Sugar Ray’s Bar in Oak Park reported someone keyed his vehicle.

A Miller Dr. woman reported receiving a telephone call from a credit card scam.

A Glenwood Rd. woman reported someone entered her home without permission.

Aug. 27

A Millen woman reported a Swainsboro man, who was identified, struck her son with a shovel.

A woman driving on U.S. 1 reported someone pulled out in front of her, striking her vehicle.

Employee at East Main Motors reported a woman, who was identified, stole a vehicle.

Billy Randle Priest Jr., 36, 1403-A Hwy. 80 E., Swainsboro, was arrested for DUI.

Ricky Hall, 46, 55 Bird Flanders Rd., Swainsboro, was arrested for criminal damage to property.

Samuel Jacob Hall, 18, 347 Bass Rd., Swainsboro, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

Aug. 28

Jose Ayala Perez, Claxton, was arrested for driving while unlicensed, reckless driving.

Miguel Angel CastroCorona, 34, 53 Eloise St., Swainsboro, was arrested for public drunk.
