Mrs. Grace Canady, left, looks at one of the books delivered to her by Ann Buxton, assistant manager, Franklin Memorial Library. As part of the Outreach Program of the library, books were delivered to several residents at Summer Willow in Nunez last week. Mrs. Buxton visited Summer Willow residents earlier and the ones who wanted to participate got a free PINES card and discussed what kinds of books or which authors they like. Mrs. Buxton and Lucy Frost Moore returned with the books later and will pick them up in a few weeks. The library staff will also maintain a record of titles and authors so the same books won’t be delivered more than once to the same reader. For more information, call Franklin Memorial Library at 237-7791.
